Sales Summary

Menus and payment methods are read from https://api.staging.fab.delivery, and each category's live menu is synced into the local staging_ref database when you open it; carts and orders are inserted directly into that local database — they won't appear on the real dashboard. Endpoints are still being verified against live staging — see the request log below for exactly what was sent/received.
